Q: When is Check-In and Check-Out?

A: Check-In is 4:00 PM or later. If guests happen to arrive earlier and the room is not available, a front desk agent will assist or store belongings in our luggage room. If arrival time is after 12am, please notify the hotel at 1-800-268-4358 or 416-977-2320.

Check out is 10:00 AM. After 10:00 AM applicable fees may be charged. Guests may request a later Check-Out based on availability. Please notify a front desk agent if a late Check-Out is needed. Late check-outs are subject to additional fees.

 
 

Q: Who should I contact with questions or concerns during my stay?

A: Hotel and Security Staff is available at front desk 24/7. If any guest is in need of assistance or has questions or concerns, please speak with a staff member immediately. They are here to ensure your safety and provide solutions to any situation that may occur.

 
 

Q: Who can stay in my room?

A: When making a reservation, please note that rooms have single beds – one bed per person. No additional guests are allowed to stay the night. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 
 

Q: What if I would like to have visitors while I”m staying at the hotel?

A: All hotel guests are required to sign in guests daily with a valid piece of photo ID before 11:00 pm. Security will not sign in visitors for hotel guests after 11:00pm. Visitors are not allowed to occupy the hotel room overnight. Hotel Staff and Security have the right to refuse entry to visitors of hotel guests if these conditions are not met.

 
 

Q: What do I need to book a reservation?

A: Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book and individual reservation, with valid credit card and ID. If part of a language school or other group reservation, please contact: groupsales@neill-wycik.com
All reservations will be charged a deposit of 10% before Check-In. The remainder will be paid upon arrival. If guests book a non-refundable room on a partner site the the full amount of their stay will be charged.

 
 

Q: How can I pay for my reservation?

A: Acceptable forms of payment include VISA, MasterCard, DebitVisa, and Cash. Full payment for stay is due upon Check-In.

  • * Credit cards need to match the guests mailing address.
  • * 13% Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is charged on all reservations.
  • * Personal cheques are not accepted.

Third party payment is not allowed unless the guest contacts hotel management for pre-authorized payment prior to arrival date. Email hotel@neill-wycik.com For security purposes, valid government photo identification is required to Check-In. This is required by all guests staying in the hotel room, with the exception of children.

Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?

A: If cancelled 24 hours in advance before the arrival date (at 4:00 PM), no fee will be charged and your deposit will be returned. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, full amount of the first night plus applicable taxes will be charged. * Please note for non-refundable bookings the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Q: Is there WiFi available?

A: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. WiFi is provided in the hotel rooms at a charge. Guests will need a valid credit card to purchase access.

 
 

Q: Is there parking?

A: Parking is available at the hotel garage for $10.00/night. The hotel has limited spots and parking is on a first come first serve basis. No reservations can be made. Alternative parking lots can be found around the area, as per Front Desk recommendation.

 
 

Q: Can I bring my pets.

A: Pets are not allowed at Neill-Wycik. Service animals are permitted.

 
 

Q: Is there anything else I should be aware of?

A: Drinking in the public areas of the hotel is not permitted. DRUG USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
