Check In/Out policy

Check-In: 4: 00 pm or later. If guests happen to arrive earlier and the room is not available a front desk agent will assist or store belongings in luggage room. If arrival time is after 12am please notify the hotel at 1-800-268-4358 or 416-977-2320.

Check out: 10: 00 am. After 10:00 am applicable fees may be applied. Guests may request a later check-out based on availability. Please notify a front desk agent if a late check-out is needed. Late check-outs are subject to additional fees.

Hotel and Security Staff: is available 24/7. If any guest is in need of assistance, questions, or concerns please speak with a staff member immediately. They are here to ensure your safety and provide solutions for any situation that may occur.

Reservations: The hotel reserves the right of admission to local residents from the city of Toronto.

Room Policy: When making a reservation please note that rooms have single beds - one bed per person. No additional guests are allowed to stay the night. NO EXCEPTIONS

Age Requirement policy: Guest must be 18 years of age or older to book an individual reservation with a valid credit card and ID. If part of a language schools or other group reservations please contact: groupsales@neill-wycik.com

Deposit Policy: All reservations will be charged a deposit of 10% before check-in. The remainder will be paid at check-in. If guest book a non-refundable room on a partner site then the full amount of their stay will be charged before arrival date.

Acceptable Forms of Payment: VISA, MasterCard, DebitVisa, or DebitMastercard, and Cash. Full payment for stay is due upon check-in.

  • * Credit card needs to match the guests mailing address
  • * 13% Ontario Harmonized Sales taxes (HST) is charged on all reservations
  • * Personal checks are not accepted

ID requirements: for security purposes, valid government photo identification is required at check in. this is required by all guests staying in the hotel room.

  • Citizenship
  • Proof of Age Cards
  • Military ID
  • Any other Government issued ID with photo

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 24 hours in advanced before arrival date at 4:00 pm, no fee will be charged and deposit will be returned. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, full amount of the first night plus applicable taxes will be charged. *Please note for non-refundable bookings the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Third party payment policy: Is not allowed unless the guest contacts hotel management for pre authorize payments prior to arrival date. E-mail: hotel@neill-wycik.com.

Visitors of hotel guests: All hotel guests are required to sign in guests daily with a valid piece of ID. Visitors are not allowed to occupy the hotel room overnight. Hotel Staff and Security have the right to refuse entry to visitors of hotel guests these conditions are not met.

Internet: WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Guests will need a valid credit card to purchase WiFi.

Parking: is available at the hotel garage for $10.00/night. The hotel has limited spots and parking is on a first come first serve basis. No reservations can be made. Alternative parking lots can be found around the area, as per Front Desk recommendation.

Pet policy: Pets are not allowed at Neill-Wycik. Service animals are permitted.

Alcohol policy: Is not permitted in any public areas of the hotel including the Café, Hanke lounge, roof tops and/or patios.

Zero-tolerance for drugs: NO EXCEPTION
